We are revolutionising the online ad-serving industry for advertisers, publishers and networks alike and are seeking to recruit a Technical Project Manager to join the team in our growing Dublin office.

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and talented Technical Project Manager to join our dedicated development team in Dublin

The ideal candidate will have a passion for open source software and enjoy working in a fast paced, challenging but rewarding environment.


  • Plan, manage, and drive projects with a specific focus on business processes and how technology solutions meet the needs of internal clients

  • Work simultaneously on different assignments with varying degrees of complexity.

  • Improvement of processes, procedures, and tools related to program and team management practices.

  • Strategic in planning project objectives in the short, medium and long term

  • Developing, maintaining, tracking, and managing a high-quality, integrated project plan to enable accurate reporting and decision making.

  • Assessing program issues and areas of risk and developing mitigation plans to assist in decision making.

  • Identifying critical path issues and alternative plan scenarios.

  • Identifying resource needs to achieve program objectives.

  • Use methodology to form effective team meetings and high-performance teams.

  • Excellent communication with team members and stakeholders and escalating issues when they impact timeline, scope, quality or budget.

  • Liaising directly with CTO and relevant stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities

  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment

  • Self motivated and keen to learn new technologies and methodologies

  • Excellent written, spoken and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong Technical Background with good understanding of IT technical concepts

  • 3 years+ project management experience in software applications and systems implementation

  • Extensive experience of the continuous software delivery lifecycle

  • Communicate effectively with Development and UI/UX teams

  • Proficient and fluent in verbal and written English

  • Effective meeting management skills

Education & Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Computer Science/related technical discipline OR equivalent experience
