Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and talented Technical Writer to join our dedicated development team in Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for open source software and enjoy working in a fast paced, challenging but rewarding environment.


  • Work alongside development teams and product stakeholders to create and maintain (internal and external) documentation covering :

               - SaaS release documentation
               - User guides & manuals
               - Developer APIs & tutorials
               - Knowledgebase & Online help
               - Onboarding documentation

  • Proof all outgoing communications catering for a variety of audiences
  • Organise, create and provide access to diverse digital information
  • Contribute ideas and propose documentation process improvements

Skills & Experience

  • Have a passion for developing both accurate and consistent customer facing and internal documentation
  • Understanding of software development processes with an ability to understand and document basic source code
  • Experience with modern documentation standards (HTML, Markdown, Static site generators)
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic technical environment alongside Agile teams
  • Self-starter with strong organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional eye for detail with both excellent written and oral communication
  • Multilingual abilities would be desirable

Education & Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Computer Science/related technical discipline OR equivalent experience
