EXADS actively develops and maintains its own proprietary ad-serving technology and custom built infrastructure serving upwards of 100+ billion monthly ad impressions worldwide.We are revolutionising the online ad-serving industry for advertisers, publishers and networks alike and are looking to recruit a HR Executive to join the growing team in our Dublin office.
Reporting to the HR Manager in Dublin, the successful candidate will take ownership of a diverse range of responsibilities across the HR function. The ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for HR and an eagerness to learn on the job and grow with the business. This is a junior role providing support to the HR function of Exads. Initially this will be a six month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of extension. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to gain some valuable experience in the HR industry within a fast paced technology company.
Assist the HR Manager in the smooth day to day running of the Exads HR function
Recruitment and selection - Manage administration of recruitment process to ensure company procedures are followed and vacancies filled in a timely manner.
Conduct employee onboarding and assist with new joiner enquiries as and when they arise
Along with the HR Manager, provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, etc. and resolve issues and problems.
Implement and maintain benefit programs.
Assist with employee engagement and training and development.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Contribute to nurturing a positive company culture and working environment.
Desired skills and experience:
1-2 years experience in a junior HR role
HR qualification or working towards same
Experience in recruitment would be advantageous but not a must
Good knowledge of Google Apps for Business (Gmail, Google drive, Calendar, etc).
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Desire to work as a team as well as work effectively on own initiative.
Good time management skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
Excellent organisational abilities with the ability to multitask.
A willingness to learn on the job and build rapport with colleagues including senior management
The use of initiative to make improvements within the HR function that will benefit the employees and the company
Education & Qualifications
Third Level qualification in a Human Resources or Business management discipline OR equivalent experience
CIPD Qualified or working towards same advantageous
